Standard products typically have a delivery time of 7-15 working days. For customized products or large orders, delivery may take 20-30 working days. The exact delivery time will be confirmed with you before the contract is signed, based on order quantity, product type, and current production schedule.

  • Measurement parameters: Determine what electrical parameters you need to measure (current, voltage, power, power factor, etc.)
  • Measurement range: Select the appropriate range based on the actual signal amplitude
  • Accuracy requirements: Choose the accuracy class based on your application needs
  • Installation method: Panel mounting or DIN rail mounting
  • Communication needs: Whether RS485 or other communication interfaces are required

  • Metrology Class (0.1): Measurement accuracy +/-0.1%, suitable for scenarios requiring metrology certification

Our intelligent power meters support multiple communication protocols:

  • Modbus RTU/RS485: The most common industrial communication protocol, supporting 9600/19200/38400bps
  • Modbus TCP/IP: Supports Ethernet communication

  • Analog Output: 0-5V, 0-20mA, 4-20mA options available
  • Pulse Output: Supports active/reactive energy pulse output

Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) policy is as follows:

  • Standard Products: 1 unit minimum order, some popular products require 5 units minimum

Yes, we can issue VAT invoices:

  • VAT Special Invoice: Available with proof of general taxpayer status
  • VAT Ordinary Invoice: Available for individuals or small-scale taxpayers
  • E-invoice: Electronic VAT ordinary invoices supported for convenient processing

Please provide complete invoice information after payment (company name, taxpayer identification number, bank name, account number, address and phone). We will issue and mail the invoice within 3-5 working days.

Our product warranty policy:

  • Standard Warranty: 18 months from delivery or 12 months from commissioning (whichever comes first)
  • Extended Warranty: Extended warranty available for purchase, up to 36 months maximum
  • Warranty Coverage: Covers product quality issues under normal use conditions

During the warranty period, non-human damage products are eligible for free repair or replacement.
